Mylod and slated for an early 2027 release, Potterheads worldwide harbor a
profound hope. The new series could explore theories through flashbacks,
revealing a heartbreaking love story hidden within Hogwarts’ walls.

Mrs. Norris- More than just a cat?

For years, the unusually close and unsettling bond between
Hogwarts caretaker Argus Filch and his feline companion, Mrs. Norris, has
fueled intense fan speculation. Many theories propose that Mrs. Norris is not
merely an ordinary cat but a wizard who can transform into an animal, perhaps
permanently trapped in her feline form. Evidence supporting this includes her
appearance by name on the Marauder’s Map, which is designed to track human
presence, suggesting a hidden human identity. Her uncanny ability to appear
precisely when students are breaking rules is an almost human-like intent
rather than typical cat behavior, further strengthens this idea.

The new series could reveal the character’s cruelty was a

Petunia Dursley’s hidden trauma

Petunia Dursley’s intense animosity towards anything
magical, particularly her cruel treatment of Harry, has long been attributed to
simple jealousy of her sister, Lily. However, a darker fan theory suggests her
bitterness stemmed from profound trauma. It posits that Death Eaters,
Voldemort’s followers, might have targeted Petunia and even murdered her
parents in their quest to uncover James and Lily Potter’s secret location,
leaving her emotionally scarred.
